Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

These terms cover two things: how tickets, passes, and event bookings work at The Red Barn Farm, and what you agree to when you visit the farm or use this website. Please read them before you buy or visit. By purchasing a ticket, booking an event, entering the farm, or using theredbarn.farm, you accept these terms.

"The Red Barn Farm," "the farm," "we," and "us" mean Red Barn Inc., a New Jersey corporation doing business as The Red Barn Farm, located at 391 US-206, Hammonton, NJ 08037.

1. Tickets, passes, and pricing

Prices for All Access Passes, individual attraction tickets, Night Maze tickets, and other admissions are listed on this website and at the gate.

Prices are subject to New Jersey sales tax where applicable. Online purchases carry no added processing fee.

Online All Access Passes are priced below the gate price at $25.20 with discount code "FALL10" at checkout. Online discounts apply only to the items marked as discounted and do not apply to Giant Bounce Pillow Only, Hayride U-Pick Only, and Corn Maze Only tickets.

When you buy online, you select your visit date at checkout. Your ticket is valid only for that date unless it is rescheduled under Section 3.

Fairgrounds entry is free. Tickets are required for the Hayride & U-Pick Sunflowers, Giant Corn Maze, Jumbo Bounce Pillow, and Night Maze for every guest over 12 months old. Children 12 months and under are admitted free to all attractions. The Night Maze is a separate ticket and is not included in the All Access Pass or the daytime Corn Maze ticket.

Food and beverage are not included in any ticket or pass.

‍

2. Payment

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tickets. Keep it. Tickets are scanned at the gate and each ticket may be used once.

‍

3. Rescheduling and refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not issue cash or card refunds on tickets. Tickets can be rescheduled as described below.

Changing your date. If you cannot make your selected date, email TheRedBarnFarmNJ@gmail.com before or on the day of your visit and we will move your tickets to any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday during the 2026 Sunflower & Fall Fest season, which ends November 1, 2026. Include your order number and preferred new date. Tickets cannot be carried into a future season.

Weather. The farm is outdoors and a light drizzle does not usually stop us. When conditions are unsafe, we make the call to close and post it on our Facebook and Instagram pages the night before and the morning of. If you hold tickets for a day we close, or you decide not to come because of the weather, email us before or on the day of your visit and we will reschedule you to any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for the rest of the season .

We do not offer refunds or reschedules because of crowds, wait times, or the temporary closure of an individual attraction for safety or maintenance while the farm remains open.

‍

4. Private events and group bookings

Private event rentals (Fairgrounds Picnic Classic, Party Barn Pavilion, Sunset Pavilion) and group visits are confirmed only when a deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change your date, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to move your booking to another available date in the season.

If we must cancel a private event for weather or safety, we will offer a new date or refund the deposit.

‍

5. Visiting the farm: rules and assumption of risk

The Red Barn Farm is a working farm. Hayrides, wagon rides, the corn maze, the Night Maze, U-Pick fields, the jumbo bounce pillow, and the fairgrounds all involve real physical risks. Those risks include, without limitation: uneven, wet, or muddy ground; low light and poor visibility in the Night Maze; moving tractors, wagons, and farm equipment; animals and insects; weather; plants, pollen, and dust; falls from or on inflatables; and the actions of other guests.

By entering the farm, you agree that:

  • You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk, and you accept these inherent risks for yourself and for any minor in your care.
  • You will follow all posted signs, staff instructions, age and height requirements, and attraction rules. Staff may remove any guest from an attraction or from the farm, without refund, for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
  • You will not enter closed fields, restricted areas, or any attraction that is not open.
  • Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over with valid ID, and only in designated areas. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for supervising the children you bring. Children must be accompanied by an adult on hayrides and in the maze.
  • If you are injured, you will report it to a staff member before leaving the farm.

Medical care. If you need emergency care while at the farm, you authorize us to call for and arrange it. You are responsible for the cost of any medical treatment.

Dogs. Leashed dogs are welcome on the fairgrounds, in the corn maze, and in the sunflower field. You are fully responsible for your dog's behavior, waste, and any injury or damage your dog causes. Staff may ask you to remove a dog that is aggressive, off leash, or disruptive.

Your property. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including vehicles and their contents in our parking areas. If you lose something at the farm, we will do our best to help you find it. Call (609) 517-2711 or email TheRedBarnFarmNJ@gmail.com.

Damage you cause. If you, your family, or your guests damage crops, equipment, or facilities through careless or intentional conduct, you agree to pay for the repair or replacement.

‍

6. Release of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by New Jersey law, you release Red Barn Inc., its owners, employees, volunteers, and contractors from any claim for injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from the inherent risks described above or from your own conduct. This release does not apply to injuries caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct, and it does not waive any right that New Jersey law says cannot be waived.

This release covers this visit and every future visit to the farm. It also covers claims arising from the conduct of outside vendors, performers, and other guests, whom we do not control.

If you or a member of your party makes a claim against the farm arising from your own conduct or from a risk you accepted above, you agree to reimburse the farm for its reasonable legal costs in defending that claim.

‍

7. Photo and video

We photograph and film at the farm for our website, social media, and advertising. By visiting, you agree that you and the members of your party may appear in that content, and you grant The Red Barn Farm the right to use your image and likeness for promotional purposes without payment. If you do not want to be photographed, tell a staff member and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If we are found liable in connection with a ticket purchase, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute related to these terms, a ticket purchase, or a visit to the farm will be brought only in the courts located in Atlantic County, New Jersey. You agree to bring claims only on your own behalf and not as part of a class or representative action.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our decision not to enforce a term in one instance does not waive our right to enforce it later.

‍

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here with a new "last updated" date. The version posted at the time of your purchase or visit is the one that applies.
