Fritz Grill & Café
Fritz Grill is our own kitchen and grill on the fairgrounds, firing up smash burgers on branded brioche, the famous ribeye burger, breakfast sandwiches, and hearty platters. Everything is made fresh, all day long.
Pair it with local beer and spirits. We're still finalizing our vendor lineup.
Penza's Pies
A South Jersey tradition, Penza's Pies is our award-winning family bakery, right here at the Red Barn Farm. Recognized as a Best of the Shore winner and featured on Food Network, Penza's is famous for fresh-baked tomato pies and scratch-made fruit pies. The blueberry ricotta and pumpkin ricotta have earned a place on countless Thanksgiving tables for years.
Grab a warm slice or a whole pie during your visit, available all day at the fairgrounds during our Sunflower & Fall Festivals and Oktoberfest, and as a dessert bar add-on for your private event.
Local Brews & Spirits
Craft beer and spirits from Spellbound Brewing and Blue Rascal Distillery, pouring Saturdays and Sundays all season in a designated area on the fairgrounds.
