Photography & Video Policy

We love seeing guests capture memories at The Red Barn Farm and share their experience with friends and family. Whether you're visiting for sunflower season, fall weekends, special events, or family fun on the farm, we welcome personal photography in designated public areas.

Personal Photography & Video

Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use using cell phones, personal cameras, or handheld devices.

Guests are welcome to:

• Take photos in public guest-access areas
• Capture photos during normal business hours
• Share content on social media

Professional Photography Sessions

Professional photography sessions at The Red Barn Farm require prior approval and a photography pass. This covers paid sessions like family portraits, senior and graduation photos, engagement, maternity, wedding and anniversary shoots, and branding sessions.

To request a pass and check availability, email us at TheRedBarnFarmNJ@Gmail.com. A pass fee applies.

The photography pass covers photographer access only. All clients, guests, and additional attendees must purchase regular farm admission unless otherwise approved by management.

Commercial Photography & Video

Commercial photography or video shoots require advance written approval from The Red Barn Farm management.

Restricted Activities

The following are prohibited unless expressly approved by management:

• Drone photography or videography
• Entering restricted or staff-only areas
• Climbing fences, structures, or displays
• Moving décor, signage, furniture, or farm equipment
• Damaging flowers, crops, landscaping, or attractions
• Blocking guest pathways or attraction access
• Bringing pets for photography purposes (service animals permitted in accordance with ADA guidelines)

Props & Equipment

Small handheld props are permitted for approved photography sessions. Large props, furniture, backdrops, generators, smoke bombs, confetti, glitter, and open flames are prohibited unless approved.

Content Guidelines

All photography and video content captured at The Red Barn Farm must remain family-friendly and respectful.
