No. Walking the fairgrounds and parking are always free, enjoy the farm animals, lawn games, music, photo ops, and the Fritz Grill at no charge. You only pay for food & drinks and the ticketed Farm Attractions (corn maze, hayrides, U-pick & bounce pad).
Our Sunflower & Fall Festivals run every Friday, Saturday & Sunday from Aug 29 through Nov 1. Friday 4:00 PM – Dusk, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM – Dusk. Hours can shift for special events like Oktoberfest, so check the event page before you visit. The Night Maze runs Friday & Saturday evenings starting October 3rd until 10 PM.
The Red Barn Farm is at 391 Route 206, Hammonton, NJ 08037, in the heart of the New Jersey Pinelands. Free on-site parking is available for all guests.
The fairgrounds are mostly flat grass and packed dirt paths, so strollers and wheelchairs can get around the main areas comfortably. A few attractions have uneven ground, like the corn maze trails, which can be tougher to roll over. All-terrain stroller wheels help on those spots, and our team is always happy to lend a hand if you need it.
Yes! New this year, we offer a wheelchair accessible hayride. We run two wagons, one red and one green, and the green wagon is our accessible one. Just let us know at the gate and wait for the green wagon to come around.
Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome at The Red Barn Farm. They can even join you on the hayride and through the corn maze! Just a heads up: we have free-range chickens roaming the fairgrounds, so keep an eye on your fur baby (and the chickens) as you explore. Please clean up after your pet, and service animals are always welcome.
The festival runs rain or shine. Light rain and crisp fall days are part of the fun, so dress for the weather and wear boots if it has been wet. If we ever have to close for severe weather like heavy storms or unsafe conditions, we will post the update on our website and social channels, and your attraction tickets will stay good for any other Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you would like to visit for our fall season up until November 1st. Tickets are otherwise non-refundable once purchased. If severe weather is in the forecast for your visit, reach out to us directly before you head out and we will help you sort it out.
Length of time to complete the maze depends on your navigation skills, but on average it can take the highly skilled 20 minutes and others an hour or more. We have a GPS mapping locator that can help guide you through the maze from your phone if you choose, and we always encourage participants to bring the rescue phone number provided so we can come and save you if you can’t find your way back!
Yes! Folding chairs and picnic blanket setups are welcome on the fairgrounds.
The All Access Pass covers every Farm Attraction: the 10-acre Giant Corn Maze, the seasonal hayride, and the jumbo bounce pad.
Buy online in advance and get 10% off All Access Passes for $25.20 versus at the gate for $28.
From opening weekend through Oct 3 & 4 the hayride is the Hayride to the Sunflowers (with 1 free cut sunflower); after that weekend the Hayride to the Pumpkin Patch (with 1 free pumpkin) takes over for the rest of the season.
Bonus: during Oktoberfest weekend (Oct 3 & 4), the pass includes BOTH hayrides. Buying each attraction individually costs more, so the pass saves you money.
Yes. Each Farm Attraction can be purchased on its own: the corn maze and the seasonal hayride (to the sunflowers, or to the pumpkin patch starting Oct 3) are $14 each, and the bounce pad is $5. Tickets are available at the gate or online ahead of your visit, and buying online saves you 10% versus gate pricing. Credit card processing fees apply. If you plan to do two or more attractions, the All Access Pass is the better value.
Buy online and skip the line: your passes are ready the moment you arrive. Buy tickets on our Pricing page → Tickets are also available at the farm during open hours (plus processing fees).
Children under 12 months are free. Everyone else needs a ticket or pass for the Farm Attractions, but the fairgrounds themselves are always free for all ages.
YES, in fact we encourage you to revisit your childhood. It’s fun!
Yes. Please bring your tickets to check in on the day you would like to attend and we will honor them.

Yes. If you’re visiting with a larger group but aren’t renting a private space, we can still prepare food for your group in advance. The more notice you can give us, the better!
Absolutely! We start hosting private rentals on our Grand Opening Weekend, August 29th, and run through November 1st, every Friday, Saturday & Sunday during our regular operating hours: Friday 4 PM – Dusk and Saturday & Sunday 11 AM – Dusk. To book, submit a request through our Private Events page or give us a call at (609) 517-2711. All bookings require at least 72 hours’ (3 days’) notice before your requested date. If you submit a request online, someone from our team will follow up within 24 hours, but availability fills up fast, so we strongly recommend calling us directly to lock in your date.
Fall weekends book up quickly, so we recommend reserving your date as early as possible. Submit a booking request and our private-events coordinator will follow up within 1–2 business days to confirm availability.
Yes!
